SweetBeam has been contracted to implement its services, which can increase guest spending by 10 – 30% at Four Seasons Resort, Dubai.

The services include: marketing strategy and advisory, guest analytics and intelligence, staff coaching & ‘T3’ tailored marketing services.

“Since we opened on December 1st 2014 we have quickly become one of the region’s iconic properties,” said Simon Casson regional VP and GM of Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. “To maximize in-house capture, we must deliver the right messages at the right time to the right guest; on arrival, in the room, throughout the resort and in the outlets. With SweetBeam as our partner, we get a detailed view of guest decision-making and can ensure that all of our guests enjoy the compelling experiences we have to offer.”

Four Seasons Resort is Sweetbeam’s 15th partners in the UAE, and 29th globally. SweetBeam’s Clients include Dorchester Collection, Four Seasons, Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt, Fairmont, InterContinental, JW Marriott, Jumeirah, Kempinski, Le Méridien, Monte-Carlo SBM, Shangri-La, The Westin, and others.
