Stylis Hotel Solutions is now under the umbrella of furniture firm Nowy Styl Group (NSG). 

Nowy Styl Group manufactures its products in more than a dozen production plants equipped with the state-of-the-art technologies that are located in Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Ukraine, Russia and Turkey.

The acquisition is the result of a mutual relationships between the companies for more than 15 years and negotiations which lasted several months.
