Deliveroo has launched Deliveroo Editions, a platform to enable restaurants to reach new customers in cities around the world, without having a high street premises. It provides restaurant partners with the infrastructure – including bespoke kitchens, local marketing support and fleets of riders – that allows them to launch delivery-only menus catered to local tastes.
UAE-based dining, catering and restaurant management firm Tawasy Group has opened its first restaurant, Tawasy Restaurant and Grill, in Dubai Festival City. The restaurant will serve Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine. The company plans to open 10 more restaurants in the UAE in the next four years and will expand across the GCC through franchising programmes.
