The Chickery has opened its first location in the Middle East at La Mer.
Since opening in Toronto in 2012, the brand has expanded into several locations in the USA and now in the UAE.
The rotisserie’s menu, crafted by The Food Network’s chef David Adjey, and chef Spike Mendelsohn focuses on Southern-style comfort food as the chefs’ creations aim to change expectations on what fast food can be.
The menu showcases a variety of assorted chicken dishes that include rotisserie chicken, buttermilk chicken fingers, chicken feathers – which are thinly sliced slabs of chicken breast fried and covered in Parmesan breadcrumbs, a variety of sandwiches, as well as a few chef inspired salads and in-house crafted gourmet sides and dipping sauces.
Located at La Mer – Laguna, the joint welcomes casual crowds gathering too in their modern farm-like atmosphere.
