There are only two weeks to go until the eagerly-anticipated Big F&B Forum takes place at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina.

Natasha Sideris, managing executive, Tashas, will be taking part in an exclusive VIP interview on strategies for expansion in the Middle East.

A host of panel sessions and expert speakers will be taking part in the forum where they will be looking at topics like what is the government doing to support the industry.

We will also be asking how VAT will impact on the F&B industry in the Middle East.

There will also be a panel discussion on how the UAE is nurturing talent and how does it compare to other countries when it comes to service. Could we expect the presence of the Michelin Guide to attract people to the region? Are there enough training bodies providing courses? Are we bringing up a work-shy generation of millennials?

An expert session will also debate the food safety concerns of small and medium-sized businesses.

It doesn’t end there though as a panel of experts will also ask how good is the local produce available in the region? How can suppliers work better with businesses to offer quality, value and traceability? How can we become more sustainable with regards to produce, packaging and materials?

A special presentation will also be taking place as leading European cream manufacturer Debic unveils three new products for the Middle East market.
