TWENTY THREE Rooftop, located at Grand Plaza Mövenpick Media City, has relaunched its brunch.
Following the ‘23’ theme, the international cuisine features a delicate menu served to the table and live beverage stations with handcrafted cocktails and scenic views – an altered brunch experience from a TWENTY THREE perspective.
Every Friday, from 1.23pm to 4.23pm, guests can plunge into a storybook of flavours where east meets west. Food gourmands and brunch aficionados will immediately be welcomed with vibrant saxophone beats, live entertainment and more.
Chef Marco Amarone’s dishes include cold and hot appetisers such as Tempura Alaskan Crab and Bonito Flakes Maki Sushi, Carne Cruda with Burrata and Osetra Caviar, Salmon Coriander and Lime Ceviche, Fine de Clare Oysters Smoked Salt and Bottarga, Scallops Papillote with Côtes de Provence Rosé Beurre Blanc, and Foie Gras Croque Monsiuer.
Then, diners can dive into a assortment of main dishes inclusive of Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Butter Poached Gindara with Black Garlic Aioli and Fresh Lime, Grilled Togarashi Skewered Quail Legs, Almond Crusted Lamb Cutlets, and Chef Marco’s Lobster Linguini. Accompanying the eclectic menu is a variety of beverages.
A brunch experience is not complete without desserts. The TWENTY THREE Brunch will feature sweet treats like Baba au Grand Marnier, Saffron Churros with Spicy Chocolate Ganache, Yogurt Gelato with Honeycomb, and Mini Apple Tatin with Crème Fraiche Anglais.
The brunch is priced at AED 249 per person for soft beverages package at AED 249 and AED 369 per person for house beverages, hops, grapes and sparkling package.
