Located in DUKES Dubai, on the Palm Jumeirah, the fine-dining restaurant has launched a new a la carte menu featuring both non-vegetarian and vegetarian Thali offerings.
The Thali tasting concept offers diners the chance to sample a wide variety of starters, main course and desserts from the a la carte menu.
The new menu is based on fish, lamb, chicken and vegetarian recipes including the likes of Tandoori Raan, a tender leg of baby lamb, Reshmi Prawn, marinated with spices and cooked in the tandoor and Vegetable Biryani which consists of basmati rice, vegetable curry, saffron, rosewater and nuts. The menu also features fourteen different types of roti (bread).
The dessert offerings include Rasmalai, sweet dumplings of cottage cheese served in sweetened flavoured milk and Gajar Ka Halwa, a Punjabi dessert made of grated carrots, almonds and raisins slow cooked in sweetened milk.
The first to open under the Khyber name outside India, the restaurant can cater for up to 162 guests, including 40 diners on the terrace and also houses a live cooking station and private dining options.
