Frederick Soulban promoted to Executive Assistant Manager

Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach – Dubai has appointed Frederick Soulban as Executive Assistant Manager.

Graduating from the Hotel Management School in Beirut, Lebanon, Frederick has extensive experience within the hospitality industry, particularly in Food and Beverage. Although he has spent much of his career with Rotana Hotels, starting with the Towers Rotana in Dubai as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in 2007, Frederick was also previously with the InterContinental Hotel Phoenicia Beirut and progressed from the position of Restaurant Manager to Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.

Frederick Soulban, Executive Assistant Manager, Amwaj Rotana DubaiGrowing through the ranks, Frederick was then promoted to the position of Director of Food and Beverage – a position he held at two Rotana hotels prior to his promotion to the position of Executive Assistant Manager at Amwaj Rotana, Dubai.

Commenting on his new appointment, Frederick said: “It is always very rewarding to be given opportunities to grow and Rotana has guided me in paving a career of success.”

In his new role, Frederick will not only manage the operational aspects of the hotel, he will also lead significant refurbishment projects vital to the hotel’s development.
