Proving once and for all that classic pairings are the best, this month MasterChef, the TV Experience is relaunching it’s popular Cheese and Jazz night to brilliantly indulgent effect.
Cheese fiends, grape enthusiasts and jazz lovers can look forward to sampling a gourmet selection of fine fromages – think ripe and creamy brie-style cheeses, nutty aged parmesan, bloomy, milky goats’ cheeses and well ripened blue cheese – all served with fruit, chutneys, crisp crackers and freshly baked bread, as well as generous pots of simmering, silky fondue. Further accompaniments come in the form of unlimited glasses of matching grape (just the thing for enhancing the flavours of the cheese and helping the night to go with a swing), as well as live music from the restaurant’s resident jazz artist.

The carefully curated five-course menu takes diners on a perfectly paced high-end culinary journey around the globe, with beautifully presented foodie highlights from Mexico, Peru, Italy, the USA and Spain. To add to the sense of intrigue and occasion, each dish not only includes a mystery ingredient (allowing discerning diners to test their palates and attempt to identify it) but is also accompanied by a bespoke matched cocktail or mocktail.
