Masters of Food & Wine at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas returns this month in partnership with French chocolatier, Weiss.
Offering guests an insight into the world of chocolate, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi chefs will create a chocolate-inspired sweet and savoury menu paired with beverages, and Weiss chocolate products will be on offer.
Items on the menu will include seared fois gras with port wine figs, port reduction and Weiss Acuariga; and chocolate and truffle Weiss oricao chocolate ganache with fleur de sel, and black truffle essence.
The Masters of Food & Wine series will take place in Park Bar and Grill from 25 – 30 October from 7pm, and is priced at AED 250 ++.
Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine is a series of culinary and beverage experiences hosted at all Park Hyatt locations, and the October event is the last-in-series for 2016.
The series is designed to engage residents and visitors in interactive events with Park Hyatt’s chefs, sommeliers, and specialists.
