Starting from the 25th of April, guests will be able to experience the outstanding flavours of sensational new menu items from the restaurant’s celebrated sushi kitchen, Robata grill, and main kitchen, including a special creation by SUSHISAMBA’s Culinary Director Chef Moon Kyung Soo which has been approved by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum himself.
Served sharing-style, the new à la carte menu items will be available for order across SUSHISAMBA’s immersive lunch and dinner experiences. Especially created by Chef Moon for SUSHISAMBA Dubai, the newly introduced creations expertly blend the best of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisines and cultures with SUSHISAMBA’s iconic flair. Ranging from fresh and light to decadent and indulgent, every à la carte addition curates a multi-sensorial gastronomical experience that is artistically laden with premium ingredients, vibrant colours, and creative garnishes.
Catering to a full spectrum of dietary preferences, the new items include something for everyone with a variety of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, seafood, and meat-based options. For the meat connoisseurs, the Beef Chouriço served with tomatoes, Romesco sauce, and balsamic, and Yakiniku Marinated Ribeye are certain to delight; whilst vegetarians will fall in love with the freshly made Guacamole with Aji Amarillo and served with crispy crackers, and the Japanese Sweetcorn with lime miso butter, crispy aji panca, and chives. For the seafood afficionados, the Lobster Taquitos with Japanese tartar, yuzu gelée, coriander, and avocado, offer a delicious new perspective on one of SUSHISAMBA’s most beloved menu items. The Jumbo Tiger Prawns, an outstanding creation prepared especially for H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum with seaweed butter, lime, and chives, is yet another unmissable addition.
For sushi enthusiasts, indulge in the colorful and vibrant Chef’s Ultimate Moriawase, which features four kinds of sashimis, alongside three signature maki rolls and three nigiris of your choice. Get your cameras ready when you order the SUSHISAMBA Caviar. This instaworthy delectable dish is absolutely mind-blowing and is served in a non-traditional way. 50 grams of luscious deep golden Kaviari Kristal caviar is served with crème fraiche, avocado, and black rice crackers.
