Raffles’ Executive Chef Tuomas Heikkinen and his talented culinary brigade invited Dubai’s crème de la crème for an evening of Christmas nostalgia in light of the upcoming holiday season. Guests were invited to sample Raffles’ legendary Christmas Eve Dinner with freshly roasted chestnuts, decadent Foie Gras, French cheeses, seafood stations, traditional carvery stands and a walk-in delicatessen shop. The evening ended on a sweet note with a delightful dessert display taking center stage, prepared by Raffles’ Executive Pastry Chef Roland Eitzinger and his creative pastry team.
