World-renowned, 3-star Michelin Chef Heinz Beck is flying into Dubai for two nights only at his celebrated restaurant, Social by Heinz Beck at Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah.
Promising guests a truly memorable dining experience with an exclusive menu and an opportunity to meet the culinary mastermind, the one-of-a-kind event will run on September 27-28, with reservations now open.
Diners can indulge in either a five-course menu (starting at AED 700) or a seven-course option (starting at AED 950) with starters including amberjack, an innovative mix of Greek yoghurt with cucumber and carpione’s snow, fresh scallops on red quinoa, avocado and balsamic vinegar jelly, and crabs with vegetables and herb sauce.
For mains, guests can expect three different dishes on the menu including the eggplant tortellini with clams, red and yellow tomatoes, sea bass with lemongrass, saffron and the traditional Neapolitan scapece marinated zucchini, as well as veal tenderloin with cardoncello mushrooms and red berries.
Ending on a sweet note, Chef Beck has created a Mont Blanc dessert made of purée, sweetened chestnuts topped with a dab of whipped cream.
