Chicago Meatpackers launches ‘Over-Easy’ weekend breakfast

Chicago Meatpackers restaurant is launching a weekend brunch menu inspired by the classic American breakfast on March 13, available from 11am to 3pm every Friday and Saturday.

Designed to bring friends and family together to socialise and share, the Over Easy Breakfast serves authentic brunch dishes in a tribute to its American heritage.

Guests can enjoy an a la carte menu of traditional Cheddar Biscuits served with herb butter, Homemade Granola with seasonal fruits and yoghurt, and a sourdough Avocado Tartine topped with poached eggs. The menu also includes the protein-rich options of Steak and Eggs, made with 150g USDA certified Angus New York strip beef and fried eggs, Short-Rib Benedict served with poached eggs and a Breakfast Hash of crispy potatoes, sweet potatoes, spring greens, veal bacon and eggs. 

Those who prefer a sweeter start to the day can opt for the Chicken and Waffles with smoked bourbon butter maple syrup, Crunchy Crème Brûlée French Toast with blueberry jam or the Strawberry Shortcake with labneh whipped cream.
