This Valentine’s Day, Cipriani Yas Island welcomes couples for an intimate dining experience with Italian cuisine, live music and waterfront views.
A speciality set menu, as well as signature à la carte dishes, await diners throughout the evening. Guests will be able to select dishes from a specially curated set menu or an à la carte menu showcasing the ingredients prepared with the Cipriani signature concept of simple Italian food made to perfection.
Highlights from the Valentine’s Day set menu will include appetisers such as Octopus Salad with Potatoes, Celery, “Taggiasche” Olives and Tomatoes, delicate pasta courses which include Risotto with Prawns and Asparagus or Homemade Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli with Butter and Sage, as well as signature main courses such as Fillet of Dover Sole “alla Carlina” with Rice Pilaf or Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb with New Potatoes. Those with a sweet tooth can complete their experience with a special Valentine’s Day edition of Strawberry Vanilla Meringue or Chocolate Cake.
