Couqley French Bistro & Bar has just introduced a special menu which includes well-known dishes with a twist.
The restaurant offers a two-course meal along with five brand-new dishes:
• Croustade d’escargots aux morilles – AED 69:
Couqley’s famous herb and garlic snails with morel mushrooms in puff pastry
• Tarte au magret fumé, foie gras, poires et figues – AED 79:
Festive tart with smoked duck magret, foie gras, figs and pears
• Couqley’s turkey – AED 119:
Turkey Wellington stuffed with wild mushrooms, bresaola and spinach, served on a bed of sweet potato puree with a side of baby carrots, baby beetroots and gravy
• Tartiflette Gratin – AED 94:
Creamy potatoes and caramelised onions in white wine with duck confit and melting Reblochon cheese in a skillet
• Santa Maria Steak – AED 137:
Tender 330 grams of black Angus Santa Maria steak topped with melting rosemary truffle butter and a delicious side of darphin potatoes
The two-course winter menu will be available at Couqley French Bistro & Bar starting December 1 for AED 189. As an extra treat for early diners, the same deal is available for only AED 149 before 7.30pm.
The special menu will be available until December 30.
