Italian restaurant GIA has opened their revamped garden terrace and launched an aperitivo menu.
The new menu features curated mocktails and platters to share. The GIA Platter is served with freshly baked focaccia and homemade red pesto, a polpette arrabiata that’s slowly cooked with a tomato sauce, crunchy mushroom arancini and grilled halloumi bruschetta with marinated basil tomato.
Seafood lovers can opt for the Oceana Platter, which includes mussels in mushroom sauce, sautéed prawns, crispy fried calamari with squid ink and marinara sauce, charred grill baby octopus with grilled potato and mild spicy sour sauce and a smoked salmon bruschetta with citrus mascarpone cheese and capers.
The drinks menu was designed by the in-house mixologists and offers an electic curation of mocktails including mojitos.
