This September, Hakkasan restaurants around the world will celebrate the 15th anniversary of the original London venue in Hanway Place by launching local ‘Only At’ dishes and cocktails.
The offer will represent the individuality of each restaurant and its location, featuring small eats, main dishes, desserts and cocktails exclusive to each restaurant.
The ‘Only At’ menus celebrate local culture and cuisine, using seasonal ingredients combined with Hakkasan’s modern Chinese cooking techniques.
Dishes on the ‘Only At’ menu at Hakkasan Dubai include braised supreme seabass broth with angelica root; fried scampi roll; steamed Alaska king crab with black bean sauce and egg white; and baked tofu with minced chicken and Szechuan peppercorn.
Meanwhile at Hakkasan Abu Dhabi, guests can expect dishes on the ‘Only At The Palace’ menu such as braised superior seafood soup with black truffle and fish maw; crispy wild prawn with foie gras sauce; charcoal grilled silver cod in spicy honey sauce and charcoal grilled Wagyu rib-eye beef with sea salt and lime dressing.
Inspired by ingredients and flavours inherent to their regions, the ‘Only At’ dishes and cocktails showcase local influence and expertise.
These menus will change twice a year and have a strong emphasis on seasonality, highlighting the originality of each of the brand’s restaurants around the world.
The ‘Only At’ collection will be available in Abu Dhabi and Dubai venues from Monday 26 September.
Hakkasan Abu Dhabi is open for lunch on Fridays from 12pm to 4pm and for dinner daily from 6pm to 12am.
