The Serviced Apartment Summit MEA will return for a second year and is set to take place at The Fairmont Hotel, Palm, Dubai on October 30 and 31.
The two-day conference will cover a variety of industry topics and sectors including: serviced apartments, branded residences, aparthotels, extended stay hotels, corporate housing and short-term rentals. 
The inaugural Summit – which took place last year, attracted more than 150 delegates from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Oman, Kenya, Nigeria, Thailand, France, Ireland, the UK, and Montenegro.
The 2016 event will feature a full day’s conference agenda, a cocktail reception and a speed business card swap with industry heavyweights, experts and analyst speakers set to cover serviced apartments, branded residences and aparthotels to name a few.
Topics to be covered include investment, operations, branding, legal issues, shariah compliant finance, local market performance and regional hot spots.
