Shanghai Me will be welcoming guests from June 5, 2020. Serving an extensive menu of East-Asian delicacies in the newly renovated, air-conditioned terrace, the restaurant remains fully compliant with the guidelines set by Dubai Municipality.
Inspired by the jungles of South Asia, Shanghai Me’s bamboo-filled terrace is now fully covered and air-conditioned.
Signature dishes include the Yellowtail Carpaccio with Sliced Black Truffle, Crispy Duck Salad, Sesame Prawn on Toast and Evgeny’s Wagyu Beef Sub, named after the concept creator.
Diners can also feast on a selection of sushi and dim sum dishes, such as the Steamed Prawn & Truffle Dumplings, Soft Shell Crab Cut Roll, and Braised Duck Spring Rolls before the main courses.
Mains include the Grilled Silver Cod with Yuzu Miso Sauce and Triple Cooked Angus Short-Ribs. Vegetarian and vegan options include Wok-Fried Aubergine in Chili Bean Sauce and Tender-Stem Broccoli with Oyster Sauce.
Desserts include the Giant Fortune Cookie filled with a hazelnut and matcha mousse, Milk Cake with Black Sesame Ice Cream, as well as the Chocolate and Caramel Fondant.
