Two Seasons Hotel & Apartments has implemented a Safe Check-In system, offering guests rooms that had been vacant for 24 hours.
The room will be allocated one day prior to the arrival for the new arrival in the property. This safe check-in system is in line with several measures the hotel implemented since the beginning of this crisis such as strict food safety and hygiene protocols for restaurants and room service.
All hotel staff are provided with personal protective equipment and enhanced training to limit contact with guests.
Housekeeping staff were trained on World Health Organization guidelines, on standards for protection from coronavirus (COVID-19). The hotel has also increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting hotel areas, in addition to adding extra hand-washing supplies and sanitising stations in public areas, meeting spaces, restrooms, guest rooms, and Back of House offices.
