Hoi An, located at the Shangri-La Dubai Hotel, has launched cooking classes for those who are looking to learn the right techniques under the guidance of Vietnamese chefs, as they take guests to a unique after-lunch experience.
Diners can choose from three dishes of their liking; the event will take place on June 15, 2021 from 12pm-3pm. As the first traditional Vietnamese restaurant in Dubai, fueled by an entirely authentic kitchen, Hoi An offers a blend of flavours from the land of the blue dragon.
Nestled amongst pale tangerine walls and turquoise green shutters, under the open rafters and ceiling fans, guests can take their tastebuds on a journey from Hanoi to the restaurant’s namesake fishing port of Hoi An.
Brunch packages at Hoi An are priced at AED 175 inclusive of soft beverages, and AED 275 inclusive of house beverages.
