The menu will feature Tasca classics like the Tempura Cod Cake and Roasted Seabass while new additions include ‘Salada de Polvo do Algarve’ an octopus salad made with Portuguese dressing, and ‘Wagyu “Picanha”’ cooked till tender on a Josper grill and garnished with smoked fleur de sel.
A new highlight of the Friday Brunch is the desserts, offering ‘Flavours of Tasca’ which will change on a weekly basis to offer diners an element of surprise at the end of their meal.
Dishes are paired with a collection of Tasca’s signature beverages which include Tasca’s renowned Sangria, and spirits mixed with flavours of passion fruit, basil, lime, and agave, among others.
