Rotana hosted its annual conference at Yas Island Rotana, Abu Dhabi.
The three-day event saw management executives and general managers of Rotana properties bringing people up to speed on key developments as well as its future direction.
“As the face of our brand, guest service professionals play a major role in shaping customer perceptions of service quality at our hotels and driving overall satisfaction,” said Nasser Al Nowais, chairman of Rotana.

Rotana currently manages a portfolio of over 100 properties throughout the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Eastern Europe with an aggressive expansion plan in place.
