Park Hyatt Dubai appoints executive chef to oversee 14 F&B venues

Park Hyatt Dubai has appointed an executive chef.

Swedish national Chef Kjell Kollin has garnered over 33 years of kitchen experience. He has taken the helm as Executive Chef at an array of 5-star hotels around the world, and will now handle Park Hyatt Dubai and Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club.

The chef will be responsible for a brigade of over 100 staff, across 14 of the resort’s F&B venues, including NOÉPE, Brasserie Du Park, Traiteur Brunch, Thai Kitchen, Boardwalk, QD, Cielo, Casa de Tapas and Lakeview.
