This week sees the opening of SLAW and More, an exciting new concept that aims to revolutionise the burger industry. The premium burger boutique promises to deliver more than just burgers, with a commitment to offer a unique and elevated dining experience.
The venue showcases a contemporary retro interior design. The walls are adorned with handmade ceramic tiles in refined shades of green, complemented by vibrant statement walls and a hand-painted mural of Founder and Chef, Ali Yazdi. The décor is enhanced with concrete finishes, neon lighting, fluted leather banquettes, and vintage chairs, imbuing the space with an unmistakable urban charm. A dry-aged meat cabinet proudly displays high-grade cuts of premium wagyu beef. A state-of-the-art DJ booth will ensure the perfect soundtrack for your culinary adventure.
Guests can look forward to a deluxe menu of burgers, sandos, hot dogs, appetisers, sides, and desserts created by Chef Ali Yazdi. Highlight main dishes include Canoe Marrow Burger Dhs130 (dry aged wagyu ribeye patty, American cheese, fermented cucumber, soy glazed grilled bone marrow, spicy adobo aioli, seeded brioche bun), Truffle Burger Dhs180 (dry aged wagyu ribeye patty, mild aged Gouda cheese, black truffle aioli, rocca leaves, fresh seasonal truffle, grated Parmigiano Reggiano, seeded brioche bun), Fish Sando Dhs160 (crispy beer battered hammour fish fillet, fermented dill cucumber, yuzu caviar tartar sauce, seeded brioche bun), Maple Glazed Sando Dhs80 (crispy fresh veg fed chicken breast, American cheese, berg lettuce, maple glazed sauce, fried fresh jalapenos, seeded brioche bun).
